**Store Manager** **Duties:** - Oversee daily operations of the store, including sales, customer service, and inventory management. - Ensure the store meets sales goals and targets by implementing effective sales strategies. - Train and supervise store staff to provide exceptional customer service and achieve sales objectives. - Conduct interviews and hire qualified candidates for open positions within the store. - Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and make informed business decisions. - Maintain accurate inventory records and manage stock levels to meet customer demand. - Collaborate with vendors to negotiate pricing and ensure timely delivery of products. - Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner. - Create and implement visual merchandising displays to attract customers and drive sales. **Experience:** - Previous experience in wireless sales or retail management is preferred. - Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are a plus. - Strong customer service skills with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse customers. - Proven track record in sales management, including setting sales goals, coaching, and motivating a team. - Experience conducting interviews and making hiring decisions. - Proficient in basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management. - Knowledge of retail sales techniques and strategies.
