Candidates should be able to provide STEM growth for students in basic biology, earth science, physics, chemistry, and computer science. Candidates should have a minimum of two years' experience, preferably in a formal school setting teaching grades K-8. A bachelor's degree or equivalent is required.
Candidates must demonstrate an enduring love of youth, a love of teaching and learning, and a desire to work in a faith-based atmosphere that is aligned with values taught by the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. A teaching demonstration will be required of top candidates. Successful candidates should demonstrate high, warm, consistent energy so that students can tell the teacher loves them and the subject matter.
Candidates must be willing to uphold and serve as ambassadors for the , , and , both on and off-campus.
