PHYSICAL SCIENCE TEACHER - HIGH SCHOOL
Year round, full-time, salaried-exempt positions: Monday - Friday
Salary Range: $47,000 - $65,000 per year based on education & experience
Provo Canyon School, located in Springville and Provo, UT, has a proud history of providing quality services and successful treatment outcomes to adolescents and their families. Our dedicated team strives to change the lives of adolescents between the ages of 12 and 18 by providing compassionate, skills-based care that is personalized to meet each student's specific needs. We offer evidence-based treatment and services to adolescents who struggle from complex emotional and mental health conditions in a psychiatric residential treatment center setting.

Your Qualifications Include:
- Candidates should have a Utah Educator License or proof of pending graduation from an accredited university
- Teachers should feel comfortable and be licensed to teach Junior and/or Senior High School Life/Physical Science.
- Mild to Moderate Special Education endorsement preferred, but NOT REQUIRED
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
- Basic skills desired in teacher applicants include: classroom supervision and management, assessment, planning, organization, evaluation, time management and interpersonal work habits, professional collaboration with peers, ability to apply a variety of instructional methodology with special populations, sound written and oral communication, record keeping, decision-making, and problem-solving.
