- Consult with other trainers, managers, and leadership.
• Track and compile collected data.
• Conceptualize training materials based on data.
• Communicate training needs and resources.
• Create training strategies, initiatives, and materials.
• Contact and utilize outside vendors and resources for instructional technology.
• Test and review created materials.
• Maintain a database of all training materials.
• Instruct employee training and onboarding.
• Conduct training through new materials.
• Review employee performance and learning.
• Identify and utilize the best training methods and materials to include computer-based training and instructor-led training.
• Serve as training material custodian. Revises material based on trends and lessons learned to maintain operational safety, procedural, and regulatory requirements.
• Works with station management to provide support in meeting corporate training improvements and standards.
• Performs related duties as assigned.
• Can meet the Station’s attendance standards.

- Effective communication skills – directly and leading virtually
- Demonstrate proficiency in delivering effective training material
- Organizational skills to manage priorities and competing deadlines
- Ability to work independently, lead by example and demonstrate good interpersonal skills
- Solid computer skills, familiar with software applications
- Decisiveness, attention to detail, able to influence, engage and motivate at all level
- Possess/maintain a valid state driver’s license and other FAA/Airport required identification/seals or authorizations
5 years' related experience in training development, or equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred. This job will be based at dnata Cargo Perishable Center at DFW Airport.
