The reporting location for this position is Colonel Allensworth State Historic Park in Earlimart, CA. This position will work under the general supervision of State Park Superintendent II.
This position’s primary focus is on visitor services operations at Tule Elk SR, Colonel Allensworth SHP and Fort Tejon SHP including interpretation, law enforcement, and special event functions at the park. Additional duties will be to assist the supervising ranger in the visitor services programs by coordinating staff for coverage of events throughout the sector. Due to the small staff size in this sector and demands in the District, the Ranger will on occasion assist with programs in other sectors. Eligibility Information
