Stand Up Forklift

BelFlex is looking for experienced stand-Up Forklift operators for established growing client located in the Simpsonville, SC area. 
1st shift- M-F 8am-5pm
2nd shift- M-F 3pm-11:30pm
Starting wage $18hr + .50 shift differential

Capabilities

·         You must be available for potential overtime

·         Must know how to use Order picker/processing equipment/Small parcel and audit processing equipment

·         Knowledge of Receiving Team operations

Job Requirements:

·         Must have 1 year of stable work history operating a standup/reach truck forklift

·         Must be a team player

·         Must have the ability to read labels

·         Must be able to safely operate lift in narrow aisles

·         Must have the ability to lift 25-50 lbs. throughout the shift

Job Duties:

·         Operate a reach truck for most of the shift

·         Put away product to locations

·         Pick orders with the use of an RF scan gun when needed

·         Stage product accurately and efficiently

·         Adhere to all client policies and expectations

·         Operate in a safe and productive manner

• Check merchandise in the storage area by verifying lot and item numbers
• Pull orders according to the order form and recheck them to ensure accuracy *
• Inspect items for quality and quantity
• Ensure that any product not up to the quality mark are reported to the floor supervisor
• Transport pulled items from the storage area to the shipment pallet by using forklifts and other moving equipment
• Wrap or box items according to instructions provided
