Join the Hardin Agency: Allstate Insurance, a leading insurance agency in the Bremerton, Washington area. We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Licensed Insurance Sales Representative to join our remote team.
As a Licensed Insurance Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in helping individuals and families protect what matters most to them. You will have the opportunity to provide personalized insurance solutions and build long-lasting relationships with clients in a fully remote work environment.
In this role, you will:
- Conduct client consultations to identify their insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options
- Handle calls and inquiries, providing exceptional customer service and resolving any issues or concerns
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate the value of our insurance products
To be successful in this role, you should have a valid insurance license and previous experience in Insurance Sales. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential, as is the ability to work independently and in a remote setting.

Responsibilities
- Client Consultation: Engage with potential and existing clients to assess their insurance needs and offer personalized solutions.
- Inbound and Outbound Sales: Proactively reach out to potential clients and effectively communicate the value of our insurance products.
- Lead Generation: Generate and follow up on leads, maximizing opportunities for new business.
- Policy Customization: Customize insurance policies to fit the individual needs of clients, ensuring proper coverage.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and excellent customer service.
- Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and licensing requirements to provide accurate and informed advice.
Requirements
- Active insurance license in Washington state (or ability to obtain one)
- Prior experience in Insurance Sales or a related field is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for providing top-notch service
- Ability to work independently and adapt to a fully remote work environment
- Familiarity with insurance software and CRM systems
