Job Overview:
We are currently seeking a dynamic and qualified Staffing Manager to join our team and play a key role in enhancing our staffing department. The ideal candidate will possess a genuine passion for the food and beverage hospitality sector, coupled with a profound understanding of the catering industry.
Job Responsibilities:
The Staffing Manager will be responsible for a variety of tasks aimed at maintaining efficient staffing operations. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Efficiently handle and organize email communications to ensure timely response and resolution.
- Generate and analyze reports using Microsoft Excel to provide insights into staffing trends and performance metrics.
- Effectively communicate with a large number of staff through email and SMS, providing information on shift details, employment-related matters, and other relevant updates.
- Accurately input and analyze data to support staffing decisions and maintain up-to-date records.
- Flexibility to take on new tasks and responsibilities based on the seasonal demands of the business.
- Regularly attend catered events to ensure staff engagement and adherence to Great Performances service standards.
Qualifications:
- Experience in a fast-paced, customer-oriented environment (e.g., operations, administrative support, customer service, hospitality, staffing, recruiting, or related field).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis on tact and confidentiality.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, ability to prioritize, and work effectively in an environment with competing demands.
- A sense of urgency, coupled with a friendly and diplomatic demeanor.
- Minimum 3 years of experience.

Salary: $80,000 - $90,000/year
