Attentive Home Care Agency, operating in the New York area for over 20 years is looking for a team player who’s bright and able to multi-task. Where looking for someone friendly and talented to assist with scheduling cases.

Candidate must –

--Have 1 years experience in Home Care Case Coordination

--Speaks Cantonese or Fuzhounese
--Demonstrates ability to effectively manage multi-line phones and multi-task.

--Attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure is essential.

--Possess excellent customer service skills.

--Strong organizational skills.

--Ability to communicate and work effectively with patients and co-workers.

--Highly motivated, flexible and able to multitask who works well on a team.

--Home Care Industry/Coordination Experience - 1 year plus

--Energetic, positive and self-motivated.

--Must have computer skills. (Microsoft Office) (HHA Exchange)

--Must care about our client base

Must have HHA Exchange software knowledge.

Immediate Hire

Full Time

Office hours – Monday – Friday 9AM to 5PM No Remote work available

Requirement: must be vaccinated Covid-19

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $24.00 per hour
