ABOUT THE POSITION
Summary
This role has the day-to-day and general responsibility for all talent acquisition functions regarding recruitment of law firm support staff with a primary focus on: a) building talent pipelines for current and future job openings, b) leading all sourcing strategies, c) managing all external partnerships with colleges, job boards, consultants or agents, and software vendors, d) implementing online and offline employer branding activities; e) overseeing all stages of candidate experience (including application, interviews and communication); e) forecasting hiring needs based on strategic planning, resource requests and business growth plans; f) measuring and reporting on key performance indicators relative to the staff talent acquisition process; and f) leading all aspects of staff talent acquisition performance, including monitoring recruitment procedures, from sourcing to hiring.

WHO WOULD DO WELL IN THIS POSITION?
Knowledge & Skills
• 2-3 years of Full Cycle recruitment experience required
• 2-3 years of HR Generalist experience preferred
• Legal industry recruitment experience preferred
• Experience with Sales Force ATS preferred
