Looking for a Staff RAN Network Performance Engineer (Contract to Hire)- Denver CO
What you will bring to the table as a Staff RAN Network Performance Engineer:
- Bachelor's degree in either Electrical Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering, or Wireless Systems Engineering
- 10+ years of experience in mobile networks related experience, with a deep knowledge of 5G/4G (including VoNR/VoLTE) technologies
- Proficiency in all aspects of RAN Network performance management and optimization. A demonstrated track record of improving RAN network and E2E service performance in wireless networks
- Comprehensive knowledge of voice and data services E2E call flows for both voice and data calls
- A strong understanding of 5G ORAN standards, including protocol stacks, network architecture, and interfaces
- A deep understanding of 3GPP protocol stack, ORAN specifications and telecom industry standards (TMF, ETSI, 3GPP, TOSCA Orchestration modeling)
- Deep understanding and experience with cloud-native technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK)
- Good understanding of full lifecycle management of technology in wireless networks
- Good understanding of mobile network operator and deployment architecture, and security requirements
