Looking for Sr. RAN Development & Performance Engineer in Englewood, CO.
What you will be doing as Sr. RAN Development & Performance Engineer:
- Provide support in the development and continuous improvement of processes, engineering implementation guidelines, best practice documents and templates
- Provide support in the development of test plan and methods, define test entrance, and exit criteria to validate network performance
- Provide support to create Method of Procedure document for deployment and configuration of 5G RAN element into the network
- Experience working on 5G-NR/4G-LTE RAN system performance management
- Experience working on any OEMs RAN system PM counters and validation of RF performance KPI formulas
- Must be able to perform 5G-NR network performance optimization and improve network KPIs using innovative approach
- Analyze data for coverage, interference, handover, and performance issues and provide recommendations for network health improvement
- Create executive level dashboard for overall network health index
- Advanced level knowledge of Microsoft Office tools such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and Visio
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Effective presentation skills
What you bring to the table as a Sr. RAN Development & Performance Engineer:
- Masters/Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field or equivalent combination of education
- 10+ years in RF/RAN Engineering related work
- Strong knowledge in 3GPP Release-15+ RAN specifications, service requirements and architecture of SA and NSA modes 5G-NR network
- Must have solid understanding of requirements of end-to-end wireless network development process
- Must have prior experience in writing detailed design documentation and establish end-to-end processes of wireless network development
