What you get to do in this role:

• We are looking for a Staff Inbound Product Manager who will lead the development and launch of our Conversational Interfaces and GenAI platform solutions for ServiceNow customers.
• You will be responsible for defining the platform vision, strategy, roadmap, and requirements, as well as collaborating with engineering, design, marketing and business unites to deliver high-quality solutions that enable our customers to build and deploy Conversational Interfaces and AI products and features.
• You will also conduct market research, user feedback, and data analysis to identify customer needs, pain points, and opportunities.

To be successful in this role you have:

• To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in product management, conversational AI, chatbots, live agent chat, and enterprise software.
• You should also have excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, as well as a passion for creating impactful and user-friendly products.

For positions in the Bay Area, we offer a base pay of $158,500 - $277,500, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs (subject to eligibility requirements). Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located, and is subject to change based on work location.
