The Revenue Product team uses creativity, research, insights, and operational excellence to steer our product vision across Snap Inc. This team of Designers, Scientists, and Product Managers works in a highly collaborative environment to build the products and experiences that innovate and improve the performance of Snap's advertising platform to drive value and success to our customers.
We're looking for a Product Manager to join our Revenue Product team at Snap Inc!
What you'll do:

  • Driving our Small and Medium Customers (SMC) ad solutions to the next level, including driving 0 to 1 product.
  • Leverage critical thinking, emerging trends and market analysis to set product strategy and define product roadmap for Snap's Leads Ads product line.
  • Drive full-cycle product development with a team of cross-functional groups across Product, Growth, Data Science, Engineering, and Design.
  • Think critically about how to achieve product goals and increase advertiser value

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
  • Ability to collaborate strategically with all facets of an organization from C-Levels through to engineers, designers, and other cross-functional teams
  • Ability to inspire and be effective with cross functional teams
  • Ability to execute against defined objectives both tactically and strategically
  • Ability to initiate and drive emerging projects from strategy to completion
  • Ability to communicate results clearly and effectively across a matrix organization

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant years of experience
  • 8+ years of product development experience at a technology company

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience performing ad product-oriented quantitative analysis
  • Experience building lead generation and click to message ads solutions

Compensation
In the United States, work locations are assigned a pay zone which determines the salary range for the position. The successful candidate's starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. These pay zones may be modified in the future.
Zone A (CA, WA, NYC):
The base salary range for this position is $222,000-$333,000 annually.
Zone B:
The base salary range for this position is $211,000-$316,000 annually.
Zone C:
The base salary range for this position is $189,000-$283,000 annually.
This position is eligible for equity in the form of RSUs.
