Staff Accountant

Overview:
We are seeking a talented, detail-oriented professional to join our Accounting Department. The ideal candidate will possess a strong interest in accounting and finance, excellent communication skills, and attention to detail. This is a Staff Accountant position, as such, an understanding, along with experience and training, of accounting is necessary.

Responsibilities:

General Ledger Reconciliation

Bank Reconciliations

Sales Tax Reporting / Reconciliation – multiple jurisdictions

Verifying automated payments

Working with Inventory Accounts

Company Credit Cards & Employee Reimbursement General Ledger Coding

Some IT functions

Other Duties as assigned

Education:

Minimum 2 Year Degree

Experience:

Accounting: 4 years minimum (Required)

Microsoft Excel: 1 year (Preferred)
