Staff Accountant (Entry-Level)

Charleston ENT & Allergy is seeking an entry-level Staff Accountant. This position will be primarily responsible for accounting functions of the following companies: Charleston ENT & Allergy, Charleston ENT Real Estate Holdings, OASIS clinically integrated network, and rental companies. We are growing and in need of an accountant on our team. This position offers competitive compensation, good work life balance, and is based in West Ashley near 526.

Duties Include, but are not limited to:

• Prepare journal entries and maintain general ledgers
• Record daily bank entries
• Assist with preparing monthly KPIs
• Prepare journal entries and maintain general ledgers
• Review and reconcile balance sheet accounts
• Prepare ad hoc financial analyses to assist with decision making
• Perform other accounting and finance duties as assigned by the Accounting Manager

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting
• Prior work experience in accounting a plus
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel including sumifs, vlookups, pivot tables, index
• Very accurate with attention to detail
• Able to meet deadlines especially during month end close
• Must be able to maintain a high level of confidentiality
