Responsibilities:
Prepare and post journal entries to general ledger accounts
Perform monthly account reconciliations and analysis
Assist in the month-end close process
Maintain accurate and organized financial records
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
Assist with financial reporting and analysis
Collaborate with other departments to ensure accuracy of financial dat
Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions
Perform ad-hoc analysis and projects as needed
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
1-2 years of experience in a Junior or Staff Accountant role
System savvy, intermediate MS Excel skills
Good research and resolution skills, attention to detail
Good mathematical aptitude
Willingness to learn and grow career
