The Opportunity

In the last few years, World 50 completed several acquisitions. As such, we have the need to expand our Accounting & Finance department. The Staff Accountant will have the opportunity to be a part of the company's exciting growth and expansion. Additionally, he or she will have close working-relationships with the Controller and Operation Managers.

Key Responsibilities

The Staff Accountant will prepare and maintain company, member, and vendor records and portals that will assist in tracking and following-up on outstanding items, specifically relating to Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) processes. See below for more details:

• Staff Accountant Duties/Responsibilities:

• Becoming the primary AR contact for internal and external queries
• AR management and customer follow-ups
• Bi-weekly AR reviews with operation managers
• Updating and providing invoices to customers by using multiple vendor portals (SAP Ariba, Coupa, Tungsten, etc.)
• Maintaining and updating Salesforce records
• Supporting AP organizational processes
• Ad-hoc reporting/special projects

Work Environment
World 50 Group operates on a hybrid work model. Associates are asked to work in the office two days a week, plus one extra day the last week of the month.
