Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Entry Level Staff Accountant. Location:
Pendergrass, GA. This is an onsite position.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in maintaining financial records and ensuring accuracy in accounting entries.
• Perform accounts payable and accounts receivable duties, including invoice processing and payment reconciliation.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure proper financial procedures are followed.
• Support audit activities and respond to audit inquiries as needed.
• Perform additional tasks and projects as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software.
• Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with team members.
• Strong work ethic, professionalism, and discretion are essential. Demonstrated self-starting abilities and a determination to excel are required.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is a prerequisite for this position.
• Must be available to work extended hours during month-end close and demonstrate a willingness to take on additional responsibilities as needed.
• Demonstrates strong mathematical and analytical skills.
• Proven ability to effectively manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Capable of reading and analyzing financial reports.
• Prior internship or work experience in accounting is preferred but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
