Falcon’s is in search of a Staff Accountant. This position offers an experienced candidate the opportunity to apply his/her accounting knowledge to many different facets of the business.

Essential Functions:

• Handle the day-to-day accounting for Company and its affiliates including the functions of Accounts Receivable, Collections, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, Payroll and Time Tracking.
• Work closely with the Accounting Team to perform monthly financial statement closings and prepare periodic compliance reporting required for Sales & Use Tax, Unemployment Tax, 941’s, W2’s, and other similar compliance matters.
• Assist the Accounting Team make periodic reports of the financial status of Company projects.
• Assist with the daily administration functions of Human Resources and Benefits Administration.

Job Qualifications and Requirements:

• BS in Accounting is preferred; a combination of education, training, and experience is also acceptable in lieu of a degree.
• Working knowledge of QuickBooks Software or similar ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suites
• Exceptional accounting skills
• Excellent written and oral communications skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate well with all levels of the company team and with staff at remote locations, ability to build effective working relationships within and outside of the company
• Candidates must be decisive, accountable, results and process oriented, collaborative, and team oriented
• Excellent references and academic credentials
• Must have or be able to quickly acquire knowledge of company structure (mission, goals, and objectives), and policies and procedures.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• Must be authorized to work lawfully in the United States of America.
• Will not require Falcon’s Treehouse, LLC to commence (“sponsor”) an immigration case in order to be employed (now or in the future).
