Job Description
Our client, a manufacturer in the Comstock Park area, is actively looking for a Staff Accountant to join their team!
Our client offers great benefits, such as Health, Dental, Vision, Fully paid STD and LTD, discounts to gym memberships and more!
Position will involve:
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- Journal entries
- Period end close
- General ledger accounting
- Assisting with fixed assets
- Support AP/AR as needed
- Other duties as required
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of general ledger accounting experience
- Bachelor's in accounting or finance
- Strong proficiency in Excel
- Understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and financial reporting systems
