As a growing company, we are incredibly excited to share our craft of coffee with the local community and we are looking to build a strong team of coffee-loving individuals to help us do just that. Get in on the ground floor and learn all that the coffee world has to offer! Please note this position will be an on-site position starting in our current Roastery location in Vandalia, Ohio and relocating to our new Downtown Dayton office space this spring.
As Staff Accountant, you are experienced in general accounting principles and have at least three years' experience handling accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, general ledger, and financial statement preparation and analysis. You are a self-starter with an analytical mind and great communication skills.
Your primary role is to manage the day-to-day financial operations of Boston Stoker Coffee Co. The role includes accounts payable, accounts receivable, monthly close, reconciliation of accounts, management of cash flow and many other accounting duties as required by the business.
As an ideal candidate you have strong analytical skills and attention to detail. You must have the ability to learn and work with accounting management software systems Your ability to effectively communicate with customers, co-workers and management is important. The ability to identify, set goals and strive for achievement is critical.
