Accountant

Local company is looking to add an accountant to their team! *Pay is based on experience* Full time/ Part time available. Mon-Fri *

YOU MUST HAVE PREVIOUS ACCOUNTING EXPERIENCE FOR THIS POSITION!

Job Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Manage and analyze financial records
• Prepare financial statements
• Reconcile accounts
• Prepare budgets and profit and loss reports
• Answer multiline phone system
• Ensure compliance with all state and city tax regulations
• Assist with basic office duties as needed
• Manage customer accounts
• Develop and document business processes, and accounting polices
• Produce error free account reports
• Verify, allocate, and reconcile transactions
• Keep Financial information secure
• Use accounting software to enter in information as needed

Requirements:

• MUST HAVE PREVIOUS ACCOUNTING EXPERIENCE!!!
• Must have the willingness to learn
• Be self-motivated
• Have great attention to detail
• Being a CPA is a plus, but it is NOT required
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
• Have good problem solving skills
• Be able to communicate directly with the company owner
• Need to understand and use basic math skills
• Must have Good time management
