Staff Accountant

United Church Homes, Inc. is seeking a Staff Accountant to join our team! This position is responsible for preparing and maintaining the business financials, and other miscellaneous financial responsibilities of United Church Homes (UCH).

Essential Functions Include

• Maintains the financials for all facilities, both owned and managed; Reconciles various accounts; Manages census reporting related to those financials
• Provides offline reporting for managed facilities
• Assists in the creation of annual operating budgets
• Drafts and completes audit schedules for year-end
• Reviews check registers for both owned and managed facilities
• Codes invoices to be processed for UCH and other facilities, as needed

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (four year college or technical school) or Work Equivalent, Field of Study: Accounting
• An entry level position; Three (3) years of experience preferred (or combination of education and experience)

Pay: $41,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
