Tesla, Inc. is looking to hire a skilled Senior Technical Program Manager to manage and execute IT Infrastructure program. The Technical Program Manager will be responsible for establishing and maintaining positive relationships throughout IT, while delivering timely, viable solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with teams across the company to plan and drive IT Infrastructure objectives
- In this role you'll be gathering requirements, scope, helping prioritization, resources, budget and planning for all phases of the Program life cycle. Specific skills include Datacenter build programs and Network infrastructure
- Develop and manage milestones and schedules for the many moving parts that need to come together
- Scheduling daily meetings with tasks and tracking the deliverables to completion
- Coordinating with the Construction/facilities/vendors/Datacenter operations teams on the infrastructure build tasks/activities • Document and communicate status, issues, and risks in a timely manner to project team and senior management
- Serve as the first point of escalation for the business and the Program stakeholders
Requirements:
Minimum qualifications:
- Hands-on experience with managing large scale IT Infrastructure projects; ability to multitask programs.
- Ability to match the Tesla fast pace & culture.
- 5+ years hands-on experience managing infrastructure initiatives -Datacenter setup/migration, WAN implementation, Disaster recovery setup, Client & Server deployments including large-scale OS upgrades, infrastructure, operations, networking, telecom, and/or security. Experience coordinating complex infrastructure builds a big plus
Technical knowledge and experience using: •
Office 365 •
Bug and Issue tracking tools like JIRA, Confluence • Managing Private and Public cloud infrastructure
- BA/BS in Business Management, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related area. Minimum 5 years of demonstrated experience in leading projects in an enterprise environment; global experience desired.
Demonstrated ability to identify business process issues and drive process improvement.
Open-minded self-starter with the ability to adapt, improvise and problem solve.
- Excellent attention to detail skills and ability to multitask

Pay: $96,642.15 - $116,386.24 per year
