The CS TDTechnical Training Program Manager brings strong program management skills, factory facilities engineering experience and human performance/Technical Training expertise in a role that will drive the Technical Training and certification activities for all process technology development fab facilities. The CS TDTechnical Training Program Manager will partner with FFO and LTD training groups along with all 4 CS TD sites sustaining operations teams to deliver and enhance the CS Training Program.

As a Facilities Technical Training Program Manager your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Develop and manage an organization-level training readiness program in support of site growth plans
  • Work with the 4 CS TD sustaining and transfer/commissioning teams to support the stand-up of skilled facilities discipline teams for our new first of a kind system and site growth
  • Support innovative learning and performance solutions in support of operational excellence and efficiency initiatives
  • Effectively collaborate with local and global partners and stakeholders

Qualifications


You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

This position is not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship.

Minimum Qualifications:

Candidate must possess the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree in science or engineering or education with 7+ years of experience in program management or Engineering.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with Infinity, SPOE, Excel and PowerBI
  • 1+ years people management experience

Working Model


This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
