As a Sr Tax Manager you will manage and coordinate our business operations with specific focused responsibility on supporting tax audits, tax forecasting, and planning. You'll participate in indirect planning and tracking and provide oversight into existing tax laws, court cases, regulations, and rulings to ensure proper tax budgeting. You'll lead our team of tax accountants in preparing quarterly and annual tax provisions. Must Haves:
- A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics
- Experience working with tax law and procedures
- Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of required education
- Leadership abilities inclusive of successful change management, mentoring, career development, training, succession planning, holding people accountable, and conducting yearly reviews
- Ability to analyze and interpret financial data and prepare financial reports and/or projections
Preferred:
- Experience in tax accounting, data analytics, finance, or other quantitative or analytical role in business, program or operations management
- Strong business analytical skills with experience in data analysis tools
- Knowledge of DoD, government contracting and/or public auditing, policies, standards, and procedures
- Knowledge of labor rate composition
- FAR/DFAR experience
- ASC 740 experience
- Government contracting experience

Estimated Starting Salary Range:
$159,430.15 - $239,145.23
