Your role.
Your work will include, but not be limited to:
- Participate in client engagements from the beginning to completion - including planning, executing, and completing tax projects
- Review returns for partnership, corporate and foreign tax clients, including federal, foreign, state and local tax returns, estimated payments and extensions, and Federal and State tax audits
- Tax research, consultation and preparation of client memorandum
- Develop ideas to assist clients with operational and control opportunities
- Work to develop relationships with clients, including involvement in networking and business development activities
The qualifications.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
- 5+ years recent experience in public accounting
- CPA or Bar License Required
- Strong technical skills specifically with public accounting with a focus in taxes for private equity companies, partnerships, and/or LLCs
- This position may require some local and national travel (note: currently no firm travel)
