THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY
- Maintains and nurtures existing client relationships for an assigned number of accounts.
- Functions as liaison between client/prospect companies and operations staff.
- Negotiates contracts and work agreements.
- Generates weekly, monthly and quarterly reports, tracking work as specified by manager.
- Maintain all sales, and account activities in salesforce.
- Participates in important business/trade events that impact business unit.
- Possesses and/or learns thorough knowledge of tax and financial services industry as well as the solution that serve that market.
- Possesses and/or learns thorough knowledge of competition, and knowledge of prevalent industry and business climate within the region.
- Possesses excellent organizational, problem resolution, consultative sales, verbal and written communication skills.
- Promotes company endorsed programs and services within assigned territory.
- Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
- EXPERIENCE/FORMAL TRAINING
- Bachelor's degree (B.A./B.S.) in related field or equivalent
- Prefer a minimum of two years sales "farming" experience.
- Prefer a minimum of two years experience selling data or SaaS solutions.
- Minimum experience of two years selling to customers in a B2B environment.
- Experience in and understanding of the financial services industry.
