Job Summary and Qualifications

As the Senior Sourcer, you will identify and assess potential candidates for predefined skillsets and manage the candidate database of potential candidates. In addition, you will create and implement sourcing strategies which will attract top talent.

What you will do in this role:

  • Posts jobs through internal and external media, utilizing advanced sourcing techniques and strategies to identify qualified passive and active candidates. Maintains current knowledge of emerging technologies to stay abreast of innovative sourcing trends, social media outlets and most effective talent acquisition channels.
  • Creates and develops talent pools and communities via various cutting-edge sourcing methods. Develops and leverages various technologies, databases and websites to identify passive and active candidates.
  • Possesses the ability to craft and execute sophisticated Boolean searches and utilize data management / business intelligence skills to extract candidate data from various sources.
  • Possesses the ability to write sophisticated algorithms for data mining.
  • Serves as mentor / coach and assists with training of Sourcers in all sourcing methods and channels. Assists Recruiter Partners at all levels with sourcing methods, questions and issues.
  • Communicates and meets with Recruiter Partners frequently and in a manner that promotes a partnership for acquiring the necessary talent, to understand hiring manager requirements and expectations, clarify processes, provide regular updates and receive feedback on sourcing efforts
  • Actively participates in talent acquisition and other appropriate groups / organizations.
  • Reviews and audits job postings to ensure effectiveness; makes recommendations and revisions following consultation with the appropriate Recruiter Partner, Manager and / or Director.
  • Conducts candidate assessments to determine if their capabilities match the job requirements. Activities may include telephone and knowledge or skill-based testing.
  • Maintains updated candidate status / disposition in applicant tracking system and / or CRM tool to ensure compliance with company policies as well as federal and state employment laws.
  • Attends job fairs, college recruitment events, primary and secondary educational outreach programs, etc. as needed
  • Maintains social media pages (Linked, Facebook, Twitter, etc.) to engage active/passive talent pipeline.
  • Requires a broad range of experience with recruiting multiple skill sets and job functions.
  • Knowledge and understanding of healthcare industry, terminology and standards
  • Requires familiarity with applicant tracking and CRM systems; experience with Taleo
  • Must be self-motivated and a self-starter who works well under pressure.
  • Must be highly organized with demonstrated ability to multi-task and manage a high volume of requisitions
  • Requires superb communications skills, both verbal and written.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Technologically savvy, including proficiency with MS Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Requires strong data management and business intelligence skills; possesses the ability to write sophisticated algorithms for data mining. Demonstrated high level skill with Boolean searches

What qualifications you will need:
  • Bachelors Degree is preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in relevant work experience is required
  • Experience with SEO, social media tools, CRM systems; Boolean Black Belt is preferred
