We build frameworks, systems and experiences to enable Apple ID authentication and personalization across all Apple native platforms. As the manager of the team, you’ll have the opportunity to lead & support the growth of skilled engineers, and drive a wide variety of critical-path efforts with significant impact on the ecosystem, reaching more than 1 billion users. This role requires a self-motivated individual with strong engineering, communication, and project management skills to handle responsibilities, which include: - Identifying customer-focused strategic opportunities within the team's product area - Defining product features, functional specs, resource planning, and development schedules - Serving as a leader on projects of significant size and complexity - Scoping and prioritizing features and bug fixes - Representing the team and its technology in technical and project meetings, internally and with many cross-functional partners - Advising and encouraging engineering best practices to deliver software of the highest quality - Building a world-class engineering team and supporting the career growth of its engineers Does this appeal to your passion for leading engineering teams and building world class products?
