Sr Software Engineer - Leader

Enterprise Business Solutions is looking for a transformational Software Engineering leader in our SCBU Technology Enablement space. In this role, you’ll be a working leader in a scrum team focused on designing, implementing, and supporting solutions to meet our business goals. We are focusing on modernizing our portfolios, migrating to AWS, and enabling data for better decision making. Can you inspire others and get results?

 

Here are few examples of the kinds of things you’ll do:

• Be a key player as we implement solutions to expand our business functions (think configuration, security, integration, cloud/SaaS, vendor interaction, etc.)
• Collaborate with business partners and cross-discipline IT team members. Innovate and experiment with different ideas and solutions Independently conducts analysis and development, requirements, coding, automated testing, debugging, designing, documentation, quality assurance review, implementation, and maintenance.
• Understand and make well-reasoned design decisions and trade-offs. Demonstrate independence working in more than one software development layer of the solution.
• Mentor and lead staff in support of their continued growth.
• Partner with our business to understand their strategic goals and work to apply technical solutions that align. Provide some on-call support.

• You have an Associate's or bachelor's degree (preference in a computer science, technology, engineering or math-related field or equivalent experience) and 6+ years work experience
• You have the desire to learn new technology and motivate others to do the same.
• You have the ability to work with multi-functional teams and collaborate with both It and non-IT partners

Skills That Will Help You Stand Out

• Hands on experience working with AWS and Python
• Experience navigating risk and compliance measures

 

Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
$95200 - $182400 / year
