- Bachelor’s degree (Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM)) and 5 years of prior relevant experience OR
- Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience OR
- In absence of a degree, 9 years of relevant experience is required
- Must have experience with full life cycle Software Engineering processes
- Must have project management or some experience leading teams

Fusion FMS - Our latest deployed FMS product, leveraging the latest in integrated avionics systems of our Pro Line Fusion product line; missionizing products originally developed for our Business and Regional Jet market, to support a number of military platforms around the globe. This is a onsite position based in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. Relocation assistance may be available.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborate in a cross-functional team daily with engineering and scrum lead to ensure success of the product and program. May be asked to lead an agile scrum team.
- Work with scrum lead and agile team on assigned tasks maintaining quality, schedule, and scope
- Support scrum lead and team on work-processes, optimization methods, and risk management tools for large or complex projects.
- Will be involved in feature development tasks, including design implementation plans, software requirements, software level integration testing
- Provides analysis for the decomposition of customer specifications and software level requirements into sub-system and piece part requirements, and makes recommendations for the generation of verification criteria and plans for the requirements.
- May be involved in researching, evaluating and recommending investments or changes in technology, resources, procedures, equipment, systems, or other assets to improve the quality of the organization’s systems products and services.
