Principal Responsibilities

• Assist in the overall day to day operation of Screening Management
• Fraud SME for the broader team.
• Partners with the leadership team to resolve complex problems
• Proactively identify and investigate high volume of transactions for signs patterns of Fraud with minimal oversight.
• Responsible for responding to routine to complex inquiries from merchants regarding review specific queries.
• Assesses merchant needs and promotes suggests alternative solutions
• May work on special projects and coach other reviewers.

Organizational Scope

• Communicate with the global Screening Management team to discuss fraud trends and activities.
• Training and mentoring members of the wider order screening team.
• Liaising with internal teams regionally regarding fraud trends, suspect orders and customer queries.

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

Basic Qualifications

• Must have a High School diploma or equivalent or relevant work experience

Preferred Qualifications

• 2 or more years of work experience
• Excellent organization and time management skills ability to work under pressure with autonomy
• Ability to work well in a team environment explaining complex processes to other team members in a simple and easy to understand manner
• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must be a quick learner, able to pick up new processes and procedures with ease
• Ability to function effectively in a fast paced ever changing work environment with multiple priorities
• Expert in online fraud and chargebacks.
• Ability to articulate concepts and ideas to a broader audience, sometimes on a global level.

Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.

Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.

Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 47,800.00 to 51,900.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
