ABOUT THIS ROLE:

We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Administrator with a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform that can grasp both our current setup and our business objectives to quickly identify areas of improvement. This person will serve as the primary administrator for design, configuration, functionality, and end-user support of our Salesforce instance.

The individual will be responsible for optimizing and customizing Salesforce as needed to promote growth and development, as well as handle day-to-day administrative functions to ensure smooth operation across the company. The ideal candidate will possess excellent cross-functional communication skills, detailed planning, and timely execution. This role is fit for those passionate about the use of data and technology to achieve positive business outcomes and transformational change.

SALESFORCE ADMINISTRATOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage a team of Salesforce admins and analysts.
• Ensuring optimal performance of Salesforce systems and products.
• Establish and implement change control and best practices with regards to system maintenance, configuration, development, testing, sandbox usage, data integrity, etc.
• Performing database maintenance tasks, including diagnostic tests and duplicate entry cleansing.
• Conducting periodic checks and suggesting changes that should be made to the platform to improve the execution of business processes.

Salesforce Administrator Requirements:

• Salesforce Certification is a must.
• Strong Salesforce product knowledge and at least 5+ years of Salesforce Administration hands-on experience with Health Cloud or your Sales Cloud.
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills and ability to take a leadership role when necessary. Should possess excellent skills for analyzing business data.
• Should possess distinguished data administration and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated track record of exercising independent judgment on small and medium-sized projects and/or leading key components of larger projects.
• Proficiency in SFDC Administrative tasks like Creating Public Groups, Queues, Permission Sets, Profiles, Users and Security Settings based on role hierarchy as per the Client requirements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $43.27 - $48.07 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
