Join our clients dynamic team at a leading construction firm specializing in masonry, stone, and steel construction. We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our clients Land Development Division. As a full-service land development and commercial masonry contractor, our client specializes in various projects including perimeter fencing, retaining walls, entry monuments, and more.
Responsibilities:
Lead all phases of awarded contracts, including financial reporting, procurement, and documentation.
Manage a dedicated team to achieve divisional objectives and ensure top-notch quality and client satisfaction.
Oversee multiple active projects, collaborating closely with our Land Development team.
Foster strong client relationships, exceeding expectations and delivering exceptional service.
Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
Requirements:
Minimum 10 years of construction experience, with at least 5 years in a similar role.
Proven leadership skills and ability to inspire others towards a shared vision.
Excellent communication, technology, and management abilities.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field preferred.
Proficiency in MS Office applications.
