Sr. Project Manager

Job Overview:

PENNEP is seeking a talented and dedicated Project Manager with expertise in Bluecard claim processes to join our client's dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, a proven track record of successful project delivery, and expertise in handling Bluecard initiatives.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive project plans, defining scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines.
• Execute projects efficiently, ensuring all milestones are met on time and within budget.
• Possess in-depth knowledge of Bluecard claim processes and regulations.
• Provide guidance to the team on Bluecard-related issues and ensure compliance with relevant standards.
• Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
• Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, promoting effective communication and knowledge sharing.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders.
• Communicate project progress, challenges, and solutions in a clear and concise manner.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Proactively address issues to minimize project disruptions.
• Allocate resources effectively and ensure optimal team utilization.
• Collaborate with department heads to identify and address resource needs.
• Implement quality control measures to ensure project deliverables meet or exceed client expectations.
• Conduct regular reviews and audits of project documentation.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably with a focus on Bluecard claim processes.
• Strong understanding of healthcare industry standards and regulations related to Bluecard claims.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficient in project management tools and software.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree required.
