SalaryThe ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting a Project Manager on daily tasks with larger projects including the buyout process, tracking materials, updating schedules, owner relations, and more. In order to succeed in this position, the candidate must be organized and have excellent time management skills and communication. The Assistant Project Manager will work closely with a Project Manager throughout the entire timeline of a project and also independently manage smaller scale projects.
This position is located in an office, but site visits occur. A company vehicle is provided for site visits. MacBracey typically works within a 1-hour radius of Washington, PA where our office is located. Typical hours are Monday - Thursday from 7AM-5PM.
Responsibilities
- Assist with project documentation - submittals, permits, change requests
- Prepare project schedule and manage deadlines
- Assist with estimation and bidding process when necessary
- Effectively communicate project progress to owners and architects
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 0 - 5 years of relevant experience
- Strong organizational skills
- Computer skills are required (Office, Excel, Outlook)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
