Senior Field Project ControlsPlanning/Scheduling Role will at the project site near Newnan, GA. The site is working a 5x10's schedule. Position will be vitual to start until position mobilization planned in Q3 2024.
Per Diem of (USD) (USD)155/day (7days/week) is available for professionals greater than 50 miles from the site.
- Senior level Planning/Scheduling position. Under general supervision, competently performs all aspects of planning/scheduling, change management support, and field project according to training, capability and experience.
- Provides some guidance to less experienced Project Controls personnel. Acts in capacity of a “lead person”.
- Leads Project Controls scheduling team in plan & schedule preparation including startup and commissioning planning.
- Interfaces with project team for Planning and Scheduling activities. Ensures constructability is part of planning process.
- Facilitates productivity reporting.
- Perform/Assists with critical path and float analysis reporting.
- Applies in key cost control processes. Interfaces with management team to identify issues.
- cost analysis, forecasting, earned value management, change management, risk analysis, and field project assignments according to training, capability and experience.
- Provides some guidance to less experienced Project Controls personnel. Acts in capacity of a lead person.
- Demonstrates the capability of leading the project control function of a project and able to influence internal and external clients. Lead facilitator of project forecasts.
- Recognizes issues and advises project team on matters affecting project execution.
- Leads project cost controls team to prepare baseline cost deliverables. Leads and analyses monthly/quarterly reports.
- Leads quantity mgmt reporting. Leads change mgmt program.
- Applies key scheduling processes. As applicable able to lead/direct PJC activities with subcontracted construction partners.
Skills:
Experienced Project Controls Analyst with at least 5 years of Primavera planning/scheduling experience.
Education:
Four-year Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management, preferred. Four-year Bachelor's degree with five or more years of relevant Cost Control of Planning and Scheduling experience OR no four-year Bachelor's degree required with eight years or more of relevant Cost Control or Planning and Scheduling experience in Home Office or Field Office.
