Volt is immediately hiring a remote Senior Product Marketing Manager (gaming industry) to work in Irvine, CA time zone.
As a Senior Product Marketing Manager you will:
Seeking a passionate and skilled Senior Product Marketing Manager - Partnerships. You will be the lead contact for our customers partner initiatives and will play a pivotal role in developing and executing partnership go-to-market plans. This position requires a strategic leader who can manage partner relationships while using deep understanding of the gaming industry and target audiences to build strong plans to build the companies brands. *Preferred candidate will have previous gaming industry, free-to-play console and PC games knowledge.
Responsibilities include:
• Develop comprehensive go-to-market plans for partnership campaigns –defining target audiences and identifying unique value propositions for partnerships and branded content.
• Be the main point of contact for partners through the planning and execution phases; lead cross-functional teams and oversee execution of related creative assets, social media plans, and content to support key initiatives.
• Collaborate with consumer insights to identify key insights and highlighting global opportunities to maximize partner reach and deliver value to new and existing Overwatch players
• Partner with the Development and Product Management teams to fully understand the product slate, represent their vision in our marketing campaigns, and provide feedback as needed to shape future product development.
This is a strictly full-time 12-month contract opportunity.
The ideal candidate will have:
• Proven experience in Product Marketing or partner marketing within the gaming industry, with in-depth knowledge of free-to-play console and PC games
• Experience leading cross-functional go-to-market strategic planning and execution, with focus on co-marketing campaigns with major brand partners; experience with marketing branded or partner content is a plus
• Entrepreneurial spirit is a must, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and passion for gaming.
Pay Rate: $43.10/hr
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
