Sr. Oracle EPM Analyst, Corporate Systems

Position Summary:

At CardWorks, our mission is to provide customized and compliant servicing and asset management to our clients to produce their desired end-customer experience. The Oracle EPM Analyst, makes this possible by working with key stakeholders, including Finance/Accounting, Technology teams and third-party providers to develop and administer solutions in CardWorks' Oracle Enterprise Performance Management SaaS application suite.

As part of the Digital Technology and Data team, this role will lead and manage the functional, technical and configuration support of the company's Oracle EPM application suite. This position is responsible for managing application functionality and will troubleshoot functional issues, deploy new application functionality, improve business processes, expand use of automation, and develop procedures and training. This role is also responsible for working with third-party vendors and ensuring that all risk and compliance processes and controls are followed for SOX, SOC1, SOC2 and yearly financial auditing.

Essential Functions:

• Has full accountability of operational functionality of Oracle EPM Services Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud system (EPBCS) and Oracle Financial Consolidation Cloud system (FCCS) meet stakeholder requirements and needs
• Provide expert solutions to complex end-user functional issues in supported services with an robust understanding of solution functionality and interdependencies with other systems
• Configure the applications to support new and evolving business needs and requirements by mapping the current state to target state in a team environment involving cross-functional groups
• Partner with key stakeholders to evaluate, develop, setup, test and implement new functionality, business processes and procedures
• Configure, test, deploy and manage integrations, data load rules, dimensions, forms and reports across the suite of products
• Manage and improve security across supported applications
• Identify process improvement and automation opportunities and recommend enhancements to existing automation, integration solutions and new functionalities
• Develop expert-level understanding of cross-platform integrations
• Drive innovation and digital transformation within and around the application set using new technologies such as Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence
• Steer requirements gathering with stakeholders and work with other developers and application analysts to engineer solutions
• Ensure audit procedures and controls are followed and recommend improvements to the audit control environment
• Analyze monthly application releases identifying new enhancements with high potential for business process improvement
• Test new releases and stay current on application changes
• Design and build custom reports using standard application functionality
• Administer system access
• Improve user adoption through training and mentoring
• Support other Corporate Systems as needed

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Finance/Accounting, Business Management, Information Services, or related field required

• Over five (5) years deploying and supporting Oracle Cloud EPM applications PBCS and FCCS across the full service offering
• Strong data management skills within the toolsets and experience building integrations and data loads
• Substantial expertise building reports within PBCS, FCCS using Management Reporting/Financial Reporting and SmartView
• Strong financial acumen with experience working directly with Accounting and Finance departments

• Experience with Oracle Financials Cloud (ERP)
• Experience supporting EPM ARCS and Narrative Reporting preferred but not required
• Certifications in Oracle ERP Cloud or Fusion Financials preferred but not required
