Job Description
SBH Health System, is a 400+ Acute Care Hospital in central Bronx, New York. As an academic system, SBH is affiliated with the CUNY School of Medicine and the Albert Einstein College of Medicine, supporting FQHC primary care centers, faculty practice sites, and an on-campus Ambulatory Care Center. Our Finance Department is seeking to a full-time, Oracle Analyst to join the division.
The Oracle Analyst will assist the Supply Chain and Finance Staff with the learning and troubleshooting of the new Oracle Platforms - SCM, ERP and EPM.
Main responsibilities, but not limited to:

• Scanning troubleshooting and support, RF Smart data base management assistance. RF Smart/Oracle mapping and handshakes. Scanner troubleshooting and programming as well
• Troubleshoot item interface mapping with cost management expertise from Oracle to EPIC
• Ability to troubleshoot Oracle run process errors for all platforms, data base management, table mapping, and item relationships
• Ability to troubleshoot Inventory management, month end closing, item and cost mapping
• Assist with department quantity tracked inventory and consignment inventory processes based on best practices
• Managing all Oracle software updates and application enhancements as they are released. Working with involved divisions to implement changes and capture benefits
• Ability to troubleshoot Oracle issues and errors in ERP
• Educate staff of Oracle best practices in Oracle SCM, ERP and EPM
• Troubleshoot/test current GHX process for invoices to coming into ERP
• Assist with Oracle OTBI custom reporting for all platforms as well training of staff
• Review current scripts for monthly period closings

Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree required, Master's preferred
• Oracle Certification required
• Minimum 3 years of experience providing specialized knowledge of system requirements and programming specifications
