As a Senior On-Site Service Specialist, you will:
Operate high-volume copying and imaging equipment
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and faxes, applying postage as needed
Perform binding, finishing, and quality checks on copy jobs
Distribute office supplies and completed jobs to designated locations
Respond to customer inquiries and coordinate service calls
Maintain records, billing logs, and meter/service logs
Assist with meeting room setups and building support tasks
Perform occasional cleaning and light maintenance duties as required
Utilize office machines and technical equipment effectively
Working hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Skills:
Previous experience in customer-facing roles preferred
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Familiarity with print production and mail sorting processes
Ability to stand or walk for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform physical tasks as needed
Proficiency in sorting and pitching mail, using Neopost metering machines, and providing shipping services via USPS, UPS, and FedEx
Experience with print jobs, including finishing tasks like stapling, cutting, and binding
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
High school diploma or GED required
