What You'll DoThe Senior Manager, Business Development Sales will serve as a strategic Business Development leader focused on both organic and inorganic growth opportunities within the Produce sector of business.
- Drive consistent revenue and EDBITDA growth within the Produce business sector
- Function as Business Development Director's proxy at leadership meetings, business review meetings, and on strategic market development projects as well as working on the more complex negotiations involved in onboarding and commercializing targeted New Names and Emerging Customer Partners
- Partner with and directly support the Vice President and Director of Business Development, RVP of Operations, Directors of Operations and General Managers to implement enhanced strategic vision of growth for the Region and National Network for North America
- Perform duties to exceed outlined targets for Annual Revenue, EBITDA, and Transportation growth while promoting the provider of choice goals and differentiators of the organization
- Function as a cross regional and cross functional subject matter expert resource available for onboarding, training, and coaching talent across the Business Development team for the Produce sector of business

What Experience You Need- Bachelor's degree
- 5-7 years of sales experience
- 5 years of demonstrated industry experience with expertise in Produce
- Experience working in warehouse, transportation, or logistics organization or functions
- Advanced skills using Microsoft Office Tools, etc.
- Masters or advanced degree
- Experience working in the food industry supply chain
- Understanding of Supply Chain Systems such as WMS, TMS, OMS, and ERP's
