Reporting to the Global Channels, Connectivity & Design Business Manager, the successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor and counterweight to the Digital Channels & Connectivity business leads and will be responsible for project management to drive execution on our business priorities. As a Business Manager, the individual will represent the business with a range of infrastructure groups including Technology, Strategy, P&A, HR, Legal, Compliance, Business Control.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide a high level of responsiveness to executive ad-hoc requests related to project management, presentation development, and business analysis
- Organize complex information in a strategic and compelling way, demonstrating strong design acumen and expertise in Excel and PowerPoint techniques; Create mock-ups quickly and iteratively for management presentations, reports, and dashboards
- Communicate effectively with key business partners to understand projects and drive next steps
- Project manage and deliver key work streams and tasks
- Support audit, regulatory and compliance deliverables
- Coordinate team activities and prepare materials for town halls, employee recognition, and strategy working sessions
- Collect and maintain internal resources and documentation on collaboration sites such as SharePoint
- Participate in collaborative initiatives with team members and global managers, looking for ways to continually simplify, improve, and add value to existing business processes
- Establish targets and metrics with the Digital Channels businesses to assess progress for key initiatives
- Work with business leads to ensure priorities and progress is effectively and regularly communicated to their stakeholders
- Manage other general issues related to real estate, staffing, corporate requests
Required Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities:
- 2-3 years of experience in Business Management or a related role
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment that requires multi-tasking
- An interest in understanding the big picture and finer details of digital payment issues and how market structure issues impact our agenda
- Being able to pivot focus with shifting business priorities
- Self-starter who is proactive in taking on wider DC work that requires additional assistance
- Able to work in a collaborative way with our business stakeholders and support areas
- Addresses issues in a problem-solving way
- Attentive to detail and proficient in distilling data and information into clear, conclusive presentations
