- Oversees and manages construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Manages all facets of project for individual projects including planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout.
- Facilitates written documentation of assigned OAC or similar project meetings.
- Implements communication plan for meetings and written reports/meeting minutes to keep key stakeholders and project resources informed.
- Manages the consultant selection process including Architect, Interior Designer, General Contractor, Furniture Vendor, Cabling and Security, AV, Movers, if needed.
- Develops highly effective internal relationships with key stakeholders, colleagues, and key business partners to ensure cross-collaborative approach to highly successful project management.
- Assures that project delays are well documented and notifies project stakeholders promptly and frequently on any updated information.
- Assists in the resolution of contractual disputes and problems.
- Reviews directives and change order proposals and monitor timely.
- Receives, reviews, and approves applications for payment for site work and building construction.
- Coordinates resources and other stakeholders in the execution of lease renewals, new site acquisitions, disposition of surplus space through subleasing, sale renewals, early lease termination.
