WHAT WE’LL NEED


The Sr. ManagerIT Transformation is responsible for overseeing the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise resource planning applications and solutions. This ERP Technology Lead ensures that the ERP applications & solutions meet our business needs and objectives, align with the enterprise technology strategy, roadmap and architecture, and comply with industry standards and best practices. As a member of the technology team, the candidate will work closely with colleagues in a collaborative and team-oriented environment. This is a transformative and highly visible leadership role at Wingstop.


The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in ERP implementations and be comfortable leading projects from ideation to implementation, from small enhancements to full-scale business process implementations.


The main duties and responsibilities of the ERP Technology Lead include:

  • Planning and executing the ERP project, including co-defining the scope, timeline, deliverables, and milestones.
  • Collaborating with the business stakeholders, suppliers, and external partners to gather and analyze the business requirements, processes, and workflows.
  • Staying updated with latest trends, technologies, and best practices in the ERP domain.
  • Lead in developing architectural design and functional specifications.
  • Support and maintain existing customizations, applications, and integrations by collecting, analyzing, and correcting issues.
  • Assist in agile software development management activities during iterative sprints.
  • Support, conduct and coordinate unit and functional tests for minor and major deployments, releases.
  • Be results oriented and adhere to project deadlines and objectives.


WHAT YOU’LL NEED


The minimum qualifications and skills required include:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or related field.
  • At least five years of experience in ERP systems design, development, implementation, and maintenance, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Proficient in ERP software, such as Workday, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite or SAP, and ERP programming languages, such as SQL or Java.
  • Strong knowledge of ERP concepts, principles, and practices, such as business process modeling, data integration, system configuration, and testing methodologies.
  • Minimum of five years of ERP or Cloud data conversion processes, inbound and outbound integrations.
  • Experience with data definition including conceptual, logical and physical models.
  • Experience creating and maintaining accurate and unambiguous technical design documents with appropriate levels of detail in a standardized format; Deep understanding of REST and SOAP APIs and building ETL-based integrations through these APIs in distributed and cloud based systems.
  • Experience using multiple SDLCs including Agile methodologies utilizing Scrum, SAFe, Kanban
  • Excellent understanding of end-to-end business processes in a QSR, retail or hospitality environment a plus.
