About the (Sr.) Lifecycle Marketing Manager:
We are seeking a highly analytical and experienced (Sr.) Lifecycle Marketing Manager to join our Marketing Strategy team. This role will report to the Sr. Dir of Growth Marketing and is primarily responsible for leveraging portfolio data to build revenue-oriented audience activation, engagement, and retention strategies and programs for C2FO customers. This role will collaborate with cross-functional teams across Marketing, Sales, Product, Data Science, and Analytics to build customer journeys, help drive strategic marketing plans and glean insights & learnings to inform future planning.
Successful candidates will be collaborative, driven, and highly inquisitive, with the ability to proficiently flex between strategic development, cross-functional implementation, and analysis and program optimization. They will bring a deep understanding of Lifecycle Marketing and product management (preferably in financial services)
Essential Duties:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive Lifecycle Marketing strategies to enhance customer engagement and retention.
  • Analyze customer data (e.g. segment, tenure, behavior) to identify opportunities and build and execute programs across mediums.
  • Establish and monitor key metrics for lifecycle programs, rapidly iterating and scaling successful initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Product and Content Marketing teams to craft compelling and effective communications across multiple channels, ensuring consistency and quality in messaging.
  • Manage and optimize marketing campaigns in partnership with Marketing Operations and Analytics, continuously assessing performance and making data-driven improvements.
  • Collaborate with teams in Product, Technology, and Sales to develop and enhance customer outreach and servicing capabilities and processes.
  • Participate in the creation of regular reports and narratives (e.g. Monthly Business Reviews) and present them effectively to senior leadership.
Basic Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of experience in data-driven Lifecycle Marketing, business analysis, or product management; preferably in financial services or consulting
  • Proven track record of successful program management/development, leveraging robust measurement frameworks, KPIs, testing, and analysis to drive growth.
  • Collaborate with the content teams to create high-quality, engaging communications and copy for a variety of channels: emails, direct mail, newsletters, site (FAQs, Help pages, videos)
  • Experience executing campaigns and programs across marketing automation platforms (Marketo, SFDC) and in-product in partnership with Operations and Product/Technology teams, with a focus on measuring effectiveness to enable future enhancements.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, effectively tailoring communications to different audiences
  • Strong technical proficiency/understanding of data and modeling infrastructure.
  • Strong project management skills, with an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
C2FO’s global HQ is located in Kansas City. This role can be hybrid for someone within the KC Metro or fully remote. Salary range is $140,000 - $180,000. Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as job level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience utilizing customer profile and behavioral data to develop audience-centric marketing strategies and programs, including a mix of triggered, targeted, and broad educational campaigns; hands on experience in Customer Data Platforms (CDP) preferred.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in independent data extraction and quantitative analysis (SQL and Excel; Python preferred)
