Description

Formulates and implements strategies for our Lifecycle channels, aiming to provide customers with an exceptional experience. Pivotal role in fostering customer engagement, retention, and loyalty within our business.

1. Create and enhance a comprehensive Lifecycle Marketing communication strategy. Collaborate with the Brand, CRM, and Loyalty teams to establish communication touchpoints across various channels, ensuring a cohesive experience and message.
2. Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners to enhance the customer experience across key interactions and channels. Prioritize revenue-generating opportunities and work towards minimizing potential friction points.
3. Create and execute a uniform message and experience for customers at various stages of engagement.
4. Develop methods for constructing campaigns and automations in the most efficient manner, enabling personalization, and facilitating future expansion.
5. Mine customer data and partner with research & analytics teams to better understand motivations and drivers of purchase, along with how Big Lots can overcome key purchase barriers.
6. Develop segmentation to improve targeting and personalization to meet objectives working with data and analytics teams to create models as needed.
7. Provide guidance and empower the CRM team by imparting essential skills, sharing best practices, and demonstrating their application to pertinent areas within the program.


Qualification

1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
2. 5+ years of prior experience in Lifecycle Marketing and/or marketing customer experience.
3. Demonstrated expertise in taking ownership of key performance indicators (KPIs) and devising effective strategies to achieve them.
4. Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing customer-centric, data-driven strategies.
5. Experience with writing compelling creative briefs that generate breakthrough work and address key barriers to trial.
6. Strong written and verbal communication, including ability to synthesize complex information for an executive and non-marketing audience.
7. Extremely proficient in Microsoft PPT and Excel.
8. Innovative mindset with a passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies
