Pay
Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $79900 - $107800 / year
In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range. Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive online gaming loyalty program and marketing launch plans
- Collaborate with Analytics & CRM teams to set and achieve retention and engagement KPIs around Loyalty
- Analyze existing databases to construct loyalty program point economy, segmentation, and reinvestment strategies.
- Continuously improve brand awareness and program growth by partnering with the greater marketing team to promote the loyalty program thru all Betly-owned, partner, sponsor, and property channels.
- Optimize effectiveness of program messaging, gamification, bonusing, and shop offerings by deploying routine content and reinvestment testing.
- Procure a robust inventory of tangible gifts, experiences, tickets, property travel packages, and bonuses to reward customers thru the loyalty store.
- Collaborate with the VIP Marketing team to develop unique loyalty promotions, gift offerings, and experiences for our highest value customer segments.
- With guidance from the Senior National CRM Manager, design, execute, and monitor performance of all customer lifecycle programs.
- Partner with internal and corporate analytics teams to analyze program performance, customer behaviors, and economy. Regularly share and action on insights with relevant stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Must be of legal gambling age.
- Able to obtain and maintain a state gaming license in operating jurisdictions.
- Demonstrable experience launching and managing a loyalty program in the igaming or e-commerce space is required.
- Minimum 4 years experience in email and mobile marketing.
- Minimum 4 years experience in managing online customer lifecycles.
- Extensive experience in managing online promotional campaigns end-to-end including creative, copyrighting, proformas, advertising plans, campaign building, and post-analysis.
- Entrepreneurial skills; can independently and proactively identify and act on complex business challenges and opportunities to improve revenues.
- Ability to analyze, join, and interpret complex gaming data; extracting meaningful insights.
- Ability to collect, organize, present departmental business performance metrics to executive level stakeholders.
- Ability to effectively communicate and work cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders; project managing across varied deadlines and priorities.
- Highly organized and able to adapt evolving priorities.
- Knowledgeable of various casino games and rules
